In 2021 postpartum depression almost took my life, because I didn't know how to start a conversation with my loved ones. I was SO afraid of people thinking I wasn't a good mom or didn't love my kids because I was having thoughts of suicide.
It's not always easy to start a conversation about postpartum depression and it's something that needs to be talked about more. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help remove the stigma and make it easier for other parents to talk about their own experiences. 
 
To the moms who don't feel seen:
I've been there. Your neighbor has been there. Your best friend, your coworker, even the strongest person you know.
Motherhood is hard, and nothing says "I love you" more than genuine, moral support.
