Service Description
This visit is a gentle check-up to assess how your breastfeeding journey is going since our last appointment. In this visit, we can discuss and fine-tune your previous breastfeeding care plan and make any necessary adjustments. Please note: this visit is only for returning clients. Cancellation/No-Show Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your lactation appointment. I kindly request that clients provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client who requires lactation services. No-show appointments and cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. In certain circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen medical situations, I understand that cancellations may be unavoidable. I am committed to working with you and will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a refund or reschedule. If you believe that your cancellation falls under exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
